The Chepe Khola drains the Dudhpokhari glacial lake on the southeastern flank of the Mansiri Himal and flows into the Marsyangdi River at Chepe Ghat.
Four Hydropower projects with an installed capacity of 33.5 MW are under construction or in the process of being approved.
The river forms the district boundary between Lamjung and Gorkha.
