Fort San Domingo is surely the most famous attraction of Tamsui. The original building was erected in 1628 during the Spanish occupation. The current structure, actually called the "Anthonio Fortress", was built by the Dutch in 1644. Meanwhile, however, the original Spanish name is used again. In 1868, the British leased it and made it their consulate.
The ticket is also valid for "Customs Officer's Residence" and "Hobe Fort".
