Christian Slote donated the money to build this church in Nanxun in 1927. It was originally named ‘Slote Church’.
Services stopped in the 1950, the church was used as a residential building in the late 50s, but luckily escaped destruction during the Cultural Revolution.
Services started again in 1987.
The building is easy to miss when walking down the street, as it is partially covered by a tree and sandwiched between other buildings.
