Remains of a farm from the end of the 19th century. A palace and farm buildings were then built here. At the end of World War II, a group of 3,200 prisoners evacuated from the German oflag (a prisoner of war camp for officers) stayed here. On January 30, 1945, a group of Soviet tanks caught up with them. During the ensuing fight, one of the bullets hit the barn. 17 officers were killed and 28 were seriously wounded. Most of them rest in the cemetery in Dziedzice. The palace was also destroyed in the clash. Today, the entrance gate remains of the farm, with a commemorative plaque reading: "Here was the Deetz farm where the prisoners of Oflag IIC Woldenberg were liberated."
