Polihua Beach is quite the trek via dirt jeep roads. The trail on the way out would be ideal on a gravel bike or XC bike. The beach itself is a beautifully secluded two-mile stretch of pristine sands. There are strong winds here making it dangerous for swimming, so save that for when you get back to the resort.
