The baroque castle near Ostbevern now houses a boarding school and high school, so unfortunately, a tour of the beautiful buildings isn't possible. However, concerts are often held in the castle's Knights' Hall. Perhaps you'd like to end your bike ride with some musical accompaniment in the castle? A stop at the castle is worthwhile anyway. The castle grounds, designed in the style of an English garden, are open to the public at all times. Surrounded by enormous rhododendron bushes, it's worth taking a moment to enjoy this oasis of peace.
