It turned out that at this place there was a water-steam mill building, built back in 1880.
In 1941, the Babaev factory was evacuated here from Moscow; not only gingerbread cookies and sweets were made here, but also military products.
But in 1948 there was a fire, everything burned down along with the equipment, and the building was abandoned.
