The Tillie Fowler Tower can be found at the end of the Tower Trail. The trail, itself, is pretty short and is shaded basically the entire way. You get to walk primarily on boardwalks at the end as you approach the little lookout tower that offers views of the surrounding wetlands and the Ortega River.
