The palace was built in 1910 at the request of Alfred Daum, then owner of the Chorzemin estate and landrat (starosta) of Grodzisk Wielkopolski. The palace is an example of eclecticism, harmoniously combining neo-Gothic with Art Nouveau elements (Jugendstil). It is a red brick building.
A historic palace in the village of Chorzemin in the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
It was built in 1910 for the Daum family, owners of the Chorzemin estate and the Kiełpino estate. It combines elements of the Neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau styles. A park is located next to the palace.
Unfortunately, the area is fenced and access is prohibited. It is more visible in winter, when the trees are bare of leaves.
