The station was established in 1862. on the St. Petersburg-Warsaw railway between Druzhilii and Švenčioni stations. It was a Class IV railway station. 1916 Pabrade became a railway hub - the Pabrade-Lentupis railway was built, the railway line to Belarus branched off at the station. After Lithuania regained its independence, the line was abandoned in 2003. closed and later demolished.
