The Cadalso Tower is located in Cadalso Bº/ in Valderredible.

It is believed that this tower could have been built in the 16th century, however there are those who think that it could even be somewhat later.

In 1992, it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.

It is a building that has always been considered Gothic in style and, unlike medieval watchtowers, is not located on a hill dominating the terrain, but rather is in the town's harvest, which is why it has been considered more well, a strong house sign of lordly power.

On the other hand, unlike medieval towers, in this tower we can see some ornamental elements, such as a molding on the cornice, the pinnacles that finish off the corners and a certain number of openings.

Its plan is square, about 8 meters on a side, by 10 meters high, and its walls are built of rustic ashlar joined with mortar, except for openings and corners, which are made of ashlar. It has two heights and it is believed that in the past it had a hipped roof. Of the four pinnacles topped with a ball that must have been in each of the corners, only one remains in the southwest corner.

On the southwest façade we can also see the entrance door, topped with a semicircular arch, and a window, also with a semicircular arch and very similar to those found on the eastern and western façades.

We can also see two bodies built in stone, wood and adobe, which are attached to the tower and leave it to one side forming an interior patio.
