The Old Town of Riga offers you a very special running route - narrow streets, cobblestones and buildings that breathe history accompany you with every step. As you run through the streets, the scenery constantly changes between Gothic churches, historic houses and small squares with cafes. A real experience that makes you feel like you are jogging through the centuries without losing the rhythm of your steps.

The challenge here lies in the cobblestones, which require full concentration. But that is precisely what gives the route a special charm. You also discover details that you might miss as a walker - artistic facades, small statues and colorful signs that give Riga its distinctive character.

If you set out early, you often have the Old Town almost to yourself and can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. On later runs, the Old Town gradually fills up and the vibrant life makes the route even more lively.
