This route starts next to the soccer field at the end of the Makkoshotyka mountain range.
This is a gravel forest road closed to vehicular traffic. This route can also be walked during the rainy season, and there are no insurmountable steep sections on the route
The road rises in the valley of the Hotyka stream until after 10 km it reaches a height of 510 meters on the southern side of the Pap-hegy, and after a 1.5 km drop it reaches its end point at Gerendás rét at 441 meters. Gerendás-rét at its end is the intersection of important roads. The asphalted forest road connecting Kőkaput with Háromhuta passes here, and the route of the National Blue Tour passes here.
