Hochwacht Klingenzell
The name says it all in a very exposed location. For centuries, this place has been used to make observations and, if necessary, to raise the alarm. On sunny days, you can see almost all of southern Germany, and you have a fantastic view of the Untersee and as far as Stein am Rhein. There is a bunker, a very well-kept barbecue area and benches to relax on.

An absolute must in the region and still an insider tip. Hikers know the lookout point well and whoever wants to have a look at the Klingenzell pilgrimage church nearby or circle the Sonnenberg on great forest paths.
