A path leads from the parking lot to the lake and the park. The lake is beautiful, deep blue and wonderfully calm. You can find a quiet spot anywhere. Also ideal for a picnic. The lake isn't nearly as touristy as other lakes in Banff NP, but it's still a great place to walk, hike, canoe, or just enjoy the tranquility. Be sure to visit!!
