The "Hose Tower" or according to the sign on the tower, the "Squirt House", was built in 1912 by members of the volunteer fire brigade BÜCKEN. After the start of construction in April 1912, the fire station including the hose tower was inaugurated on September 8th, 1912. After completion, the building was handed over to Bücken, which is still the owner of the building today. Thus, all equipment of the volunteer fire brigade could now be accommodated. The hoses could be washed and dried in the tower in the Bücker-Mühlbach, which ran past the tower at the time.
Until a new fire station was built in 1959, it was used to house fire department equipment. The hose tower is still used today as a storage room for materials and a transport trailer.

It was built in 1912 by members of the Bücken Volunteer Fire Department. After construction began in April 1912, the fire station including the hose tower was inaugurated on September 8, 1912. After completion, the building was handed over to the Bücken district, which still owns the building today. This meant that all of the volunteer fire department's equipment could now be accommodated. The hoses could be washed in the Bücker-Mühlbach stream that ran past the tower at the time and dried in the tower.
