Beisbroek Castle was built in 1830 in the 98 hectare green domain Beisbroek. Inside the castle you will find the Nature Center and the Public Observatory. You will learn all about nature on land and the stars in the sky!

The Beisbroek domain, together with the adjoining domains Tudor and Chartreuzinbos, forms a green area of over 160 hectares. with forests, lanes, grasslands and heath. These areas form part of the castle woods southwest of Bruges. You can walk and cycle beautifully. It is also nice to have a picnic in one of the picnic zones. Nature lovers can visit the Nature Center Beisbroek for an interactive exhibition and a 'kids lab'. In the domain you can also visit Cozmix, the public observatory.
