These gas stations are vital during a cycling trip in Iceland. Faced with the immensity of the landscapes, they are like comforting little oases. You can eat there and relax in the warmth. The small detour to get there can save you a lot of inconvenience. Here you also find bus connection 57 which takes you to the capital.

Gas station with small supermarket with food and camping gas bottles. This place is also the closest bus stop if you want to cycle the Westfjords. The n.57 can take bicycles and you can check the schedule on Stræto website. You'll find a plumper as well.

There is no N1 station that has a convenience store which I would not recommend. In Iceland, every track can reveal surprises and the N1 stations are the point where you can always replenish your water and food supplies
