Ideally located bicycle café at bicycle junction 64 at the Dijlebrug - Muizen.
The bicycle café has a beautiful large outdoor terrace where you can relax. Be sure to take a look inside and take a seat on one of the wooden benches. Enjoy the warmth of the coal stove. Don't forget to try the delicious spaghetti of the house. Let yourself be accompanied by a special beer from the region.

Historical context:
The Brughuis is a brown pub with a rich history. Since 1350, there has been a wooden bridge over the Dijle, more or less at the same place here, connecting the village of Muizen with the Kempen. On the oldest detailed map of the site, from the 18th century, the predecessor of the current Brughuis is next to that bridge: a low stone farm with a thatched roof.
Over the centuries, this site has had an eventful history. You can read about this in detail in the offered drinks menu.

The Brughuis is a place to cherish.
