At the foot of Mont Vully is Sugiez with the boat station "Sugiez" where the scheduled boats of the various shipping companies dock. From here you can go on beautiful hikes or bike tours. At the point where the Broye leaves Lake Murten, there is a beautiful view across the lake to Murten, Avanches, Salavaux and Mont Vully.
