I remember that years ago (e.g. 2006-2010) there was a dirt road on the top of the embankment with two well-defined tracks. At that time, the embankment was more functional for cyclists. Today, unfortunately, the embankment is not as passable as it was then. Riding on it is ultimately bearable for MTB or FatBike users. However, I do not suggest riding a bike with narrow tires in these conditions - it will probably not be a pleasure. As you move along the embankment, you will see different perspectives of the city panorama. And for this reason, I can recommend this attraction, even though in my memories this place looked better when I visited it a dozen or so years ago. Today, it seems a bit forgotten and neglected.
