Four of the oldest surviving Donaumooshouses were built in an open-air museum. The small day laborer's house and three moss farms are true to the original and can be visited. The fourth, the “Rosinger Hof”, is a museum restaurant with a historic dining room and beer garden. In the entrance building, the actual house in the moss, there is a small museum of local history on the subject of "People in the moss".
