The blue round is easy to do. The red loop, however, has many meters in altitude and leads over the ridge. Unfortunately, there are no altitude information or route times noted on the path boards. The red route goes steeply uphill into high alpine terrain and should not be run in fog.
From the ridge you can not only see the sea, but also Kylemore Abbey.
