The Santa Lucia tower is an ancient watchtower built starting in 1605 and completed three years later. This tower mainly had a defensive function and, in case of sighting of enemy ships, it could communicate with the nearby tower of San Giovanni. The surrounding area is very suggestive, and the tower gives it a certain charm, despite showing signs of decay.
