Atmospheric little church, originally Romanesque (laying of the foundation stone at the end of the 11th / beginning of the 12th century). The church originally had a Latin cross plan with a choir, a semicircular apse and a single nave opening onto two side chapels forming a transept. Today the church of Teyssieu is a building of different styles: Gothic, Romanesque and Neo-Gothic. It has a beautiful 11th century Romanesque headboard .
