At 1.6 km, the Hadres cellar lane is the longest in the Weinviertel. Numerous functions and events, such as Advent meetings, take place in the 400 press houses and cellars. The Kellergasse is a cultural asset that has been preserved in its basic substance. Guidelines ensure that no structural changes are made that do not fit into the basement picture. Some of the press houses and cellars are still in use, otherwise they are places for cozy hours - in the summer months there are open cellar doors every weekend, which the winegrowers and wine taverns decorate individually. There is also a showroom with old wine-growing equipment for viewing. A place to linger, for leisurely walks and to enjoy the peace and quiet.
The famous author Alfred Komarek filmed his novel "Polt" here and owns a press house with an associated cellar. Many of his works were created here or found their origin here.
