The Thumsee near Bad Reichenhall is an absolute highlight. Drive up and enjoy the crystal clear mountain lake. We locals love him. Some swim there all year round.

Very nice restaurant right on the shore (Seewirt), but also always a refreshing cool drink after a tour or before the last few kilometers to Bad Reichenhall.
