City beach Koper

Almost the entire beach near the center of Koper is covered with grass, and some trees provide shade on hot summer days. During the bathing season, parasols and sun loungers are available for rent.
Children can have fun in the equipped sandpit and playground. On the beach you will find public toilets and changing rooms.
The city beach is pebbly, but access to the sea is also suitable for children, as the beach slopes gently into the water. You can also jump into the sea from the pier. There is a café and a restaurant on the beach and lifeguards watch over the beach during the operating hours of the bathing season (from June 15th to September 30th).
The city beach boasts a Blue Flag, which is a sign of clean water and a clean beach.
Entry to the beach is free.
