This paddock is located in the Villigst district of Iserlohn, an idyllic location south of the Ruhr. Villigst, characterized by predominantly single-family houses, is known for its historic castle complex from 1170 and the classicist Villigst House. Today the house is the headquarters of the Evangelisches Studienwerk of the Evangelical Church in Germany, which promotes young talent. With around 3,500 residents, Villigst offers a quiet residential atmosphere and cultural and historical sights.
