The Slowinz National Park (Słowiński Park Narodowy) is located in Eastern Pomerania on the Baltic Sea coast - the "Baltic Sea" - between the towns of Lębork (Lauenburg) and Słupsk (Stolp) in the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship. The area (550 ha) summarizes some typical near-natural habitats: broad stretches of coast, mighty shifting dunes (Łącka Góra 42 m high) on a spit, quiet river bank areas and the largest coastal lake west of Gdansk. Between the coastal towns of Ustka (Stolpmünde) and Łeba (Leba) there is an approx. 35 km long long-distance hiking trail (EV10/13) (Wikipedia).
