What a great place. I spent one night there, watching the sunset from the observation tower, cooking over a campfire and sleeping under the shelter, protected against rain and storms. There should be more of such places!

Everything available: Refuge with many seating options, Outhouse, fireplace and firewood!

The only drawback: too many mosquitos;) and right on the street. But that only disturbs minimally!
