The castle is easy to reach on foot. At the end of the path there is a fairly steep gravel slope (be careful descending on the way back). Inside the restored ruin you have to be careful, you walk over stones, earth and wooden boards. It's not one of the best castle ruins, but it's appreciated that it's open to the public. Spectacular views of El Burgo de Osma and surrounding areas

In any other country they would charge a very expensive entrance fee to enter such a well-preserved castle.
