Dating from the middle of the 11th century and built on the irregular shape of the land, the spectacular castle of Zamora protects the city from the top of the hill. Like any self-respecting castle, it has a moat, a sub-moat, rooms, a list and a lower patio, although, above all, the keep and the moat stand out.
