The Avenues - Bahrain is the first shopping and leisure center of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with a unique seafront location spanning 1.5 km and strategically located in the heart of Manama along King Faisal Road. The development brings a new concept to the Kingdom, with a design inspired by The Avenues - Kuwait, giving visitors the feeling of being outdoors while remaining indoors, protected from the heat by a blanket that blocks sunlight lets in.
The project's leasable area is approximately 40,000 m² and includes 130 shops, 50% of which are dedicated to restaurants and cafes overlooking Bahrain Bay. The project also includes a large entertainment area for families, such as: B. a special arcade, 10 cinemas, a public park, sidewalks and parking spaces.
