On the way to Venice you can drive around in the Po Delta around the old salt pans and new fish farming areas. On the one hand there are the modern land reclamation situations with a monotonous agricultural culture steppe and on the other side of the dykes and dams a rich fauna and flora which requires a little observation. Obviously, the flamingos are also bitterns, blackbirds and snipe can be seen there. Important: take enough to drink, it is humid and even the mosquitoes beat tremendously

See the route on the map (completely immersed in a lagoon area) and you expect who knows what wonders .. What will appear in front of you is very different .. Leaving out a couple of glimmers, the route is largely a corridor between dense trees and banks . Seeing the photo is believing. Monotonous and boring.
