When the water levels are high, this river crossing can be a bit more challenging. At the deepest point, the fast-flowing water can be above the knee/middle of the thigh.
It's worth investing a little more time here to see if you can find a way over the stones. The stream is actually deeper next to the stones, and if you slip, your shoes, socks and pants will be wet. The stone marked in red as the path is not necessarily the right choice...
