The first church in Łosinka was built shortly before 1784. It was built using wood from a demolished church in Nowoberezow. The Uniate parish in Łosinka was founded by Izabela Branicka in 1778. After the Union of Brest was dissolved in 1839, the parish converted to Orthodoxy. In the years 1882-1886, a new church was built on the site of the old church, which had been moved to the cemetery. A local carpenter, Izydor Iwatik from the village of Wasilkowo, was involved in its construction. Among other things, he made the turned columns for the interior. The wooden iconostasis by Izaak Cypkin from Vilnius, who also made three kiots for the church, dates from 1884-1886. The church was solemnly consecrated in 1887. During the evacuation of civilians in 1915, part of the church's equipment was taken deep into Russia, including the bells, which were returned to the parish in 1923. Major renovations of the church were carried out after 1945, in the years 1995-1997 and 2007-2008, when, among other things, some of the structural beams, window frames and floors were replaced.
