As a pedestrian and cycle path, the former railway track runs eleven kilometers from the city limits of Haan via Gräfrath, Wald and Mitte to the Südpark - without cars, without traffic lights, almost without gradients. It runs through the city like a green ribbon, lined with trees and bushes.
