Great views, didn't see a car for 2 hours. Maybe road was was better condition in 2022, but today it was rocky and I had to walk a few sections. It's September too so very dry, maybe helps if it's a bit moist in other months. Clean water source before the start of the switchbacks. Rocky/windy at top probably not ideal for camping.

Gravel road with 6-11 %, not as bad as Komoot will originally tell you. Partially loose gravel in October as well, but all rideable if fitness allows it. 2nd drinking …
