A winemaker from the vineyard "Black Katz" has explained to me the name of the vineyard so that the winegrower must have as well trained claws as cats to cope with the vineyard. However, he has awarded his own wines so much at the wine tasting that I have to ask myself if I can really take that at face value ;-)
