After speaking with local cyclists, it turns out that I wasn't on the main Magleš peak but on the second one, 10m lower.
As I mentioned, there are no signs so mistakes are unavoidable. Once you get to the last intersection, turn left (stony road), once you get at the clearing with two houses keep left through the forest. At the top should be some kind of concrete structure.
