It does not take a lot of equipment, a good bike and good condition. You will be rewarded on the route from Niedersonthofener lake to Akams with always new views of the mountains and the villages. So stop once and enjoy the view on the track.

What else is there to say? I live in Kempten and this route is one of the most beautiful in the Oberallgäu. There is very little traffic and a few benches to enjoy the fantastic view. In Göhlenbühl I was happy about the covered bus shelter because unfortunately I can't stand the sun. Above all, it is a quiet alternative to the mountains and roads from Immenstadt to Oberstdorf, which are often overcrowded.
