A beautiful square with a small park. An oasis of calm in the middle of a noisy, bustling city of Cochabamba. The name represents the most important date of Cochabamba's independence from the Spanish yoke. Around the square are the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Prefecture and the Municipality.
