Rural chapel of which we have no news until the year 1338, although the temple was built at the end of the 11th century or the beginning of the 12th century. In the 17th and 18th centuries the temple was renovated and provided with new liturgical furniture, among which an altarpiece with scenes from the life and martyrdom of the titular saint stood out. Unfortunately it disappeared in 1936.

The church has a single nave, covered with a pointed vault, of late construction and finished on the east with a semicircular apse.

It is covered with a quarter-sphere vault, which starts from a line of impost. The triumphal arch is semicircular and voussoir. It rests on fairly short pillars, which have sculpted imposts.

The rest of the temple was renovated in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, as can be seen by the elements used and by the date sculpted on the door of the west wall.
