The town is decorated with a Gothic square with an 18th-century help - 19th century Ave. built Big and Small taverns (Žeimel taverns), the ends of which were adapted for defense. The Žiemgala Region Museum has been established in Vienna, which contains a lot of material about the history and culture of the Žiemgala Region.
