“The Bloody Island”, as the island was called by the British, can only be reached by boat. It is therefore NOT suitable as a stopover on an extended hike (unless you can walk on water).
There are two architecturally interesting sites on the island: the remains of the early Christian basilica, from which, among other things, a mosaic is kept in the Museum of Menorca, and the former military hospital. The rest here is entertainment designed for tourists.
