The Kashubian Folk Handicraft House was established in 2005. The reed-roofed building in the style of local folk architecture was erected according to the design of the architect Jan Sabiniarz. Inside, there is a regional chamber with an exhibition of traditional equipment and tools used in the past by Kashubians. You can see and buy the products of local handicraftsmen. On the first floor, exhibitions of paintings, photographs and sculptures by Kashubian artists and craftsmen are organized. There is also a tourist information point here, very well stocked with maps and guides.

This place is filled with details of the everyday life of the local people and the unique folklore associated with it. Lots of exhibits that are good educational material. Hand-made souvenirs are beautiful. Such places should be supported. I recommend! <> If you are curious about local history and folklore, you will enjoy visiting this place. Many artifacts and hand made tools, pottery and whole lot more. I highly recommend it. It’s FREE admission, therefore support their souvenir store full of unique, hand made items.
