From Nindorfer Straße (Ottensen - Nindorf), a dirt road leads to the Este. The turn-off is signposted and provided with information boards. The path is a nice hiking trail, but also for bicycles passable. It goes quite steeply down from the Geest down to the Este. Caution: large parts of the way are sandy path! Drive slowly or dismount is announced here. Otherwise it quickly becomes dangerous. The wooden bridge leads over the Este. Surprise on the bridge: a blue see-tube! > No joke. And it does not stick out of a submarine. You just have to look inside ... I will not tell you more. On the other side it goes through homecoming slowly ascending on asphalt roads to Daensen on the main road to Moisburg.

The valley of the Este runs beautifully between the adjacent up to 40 m high geest area. The bridge connects both banks. Great for walkers. Cyclists have a short but steep, partly sandy climb on the west side. On the bridge, a "periscope" attracts interest. Funny - discover yourself. Here you can stay for a moment and enjoy the peace and beauty. A picnic would be nice here.
