This beach is quite popular, nice and clean.
First of all, there are parking lots in the front, just in case you want to start and end your ride here. Beside that, it also only an hour by bicycle from the JR Sendai station, so easy access.
The beach usually has some food trucks around, where you can have a nice rest, plus toilets and rest space.

From here you can go north, passing the Azukihama Beach (also nice, but missing some of the infrastructure here) and do a loop around Shichigahama. There are some other nice beaches, fishing spots and view points around it.
