Parish st. Teresa of the Child Jesus was erected on October 28, 1927 by Archbishop A.J. Nowowiejski. The parish was created from the territory of the parishes of Wyszków, Długosiodło and Obryte. By the bull "Totus Tuus Poloniae Populus" of Pope John Paul II of March 25, 1992, the parish of Porządzie was incorporated into the Diocese of Łomża from the Diocese of Płock. In 1994, a new parish in Rząśnik was created from the territory of the Porządzie parish.
In 1926, thanks to the efforts of Fr. J. Trzaskomy, vicar from Wyszków, a wooden chapel was built in Porządzie. The present wooden church of St. st. Teresa of the Child Jesus was moved from Dzierżin and erected in the years 1927-1930 thanks to the efforts of Fr. prob. Jan Trzaskoma; blessed in 1930. In 1954, the church was enlarged thanks to the efforts of Fr. prob. Jan Fałkowski.
The parish church in Porządzie was established on October 1, 2004 by the Bishop of Łomża, Stanisław Stefanek. Teresa of the Child Jesus.
